Cancellation Policy

A $30 deposit is required to book all appointments and must be paid at the time of booking, or your appointment will not be confirmed.

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or your deposit may not be refunded. In the event an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours or you do not show up, prepayment is required to reschedule.

Vaccination Policy

Proof of current rabies, distemper/parvo, and bordatella vaccines are required to book grooming appointments (vaccine certificate).

Reactive Pets

Rainbow Paws Grooming has the right to refuse any pet who is deemed too aggressive or stressed for the service to be completed. In that case, payment must still be completed in full if every effort was made to complete the service.
