Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to book all appointments and must be paid at the time of booking, or your appointment will not be confirmed.  If services are not completed but every effort was made, your deposit may not be refunded. Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment or your deposit may not be refunded.

Proof of current rabies, distemper/parvo, and bordatella vaccines are required to book grooming appointments (vaccine certificate).

We value your time and ours, and we want to keep our grooming schedule running smoothly so every pet gets the care they deserve. Please review and follow the guidelines below:

Drop-Off

• Timeliness is important — Appointments are booked to allow enough time for each pet.
• 15 minutes late: Arriving 15 minutes or more past your scheduled drop-off time will be considered a No-Show, and your appointment will be canceled without a refund or credit.
• Early arrivals: Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early. Early arrivals can disrupt the grooming process for pets currently in our care.

Pick-Up

• You will be contacted 20 minutes before your pet’s groom is complete.
• Pick-up window: Pets must be picked up within 30 minutes of notification that grooming is complete.
• Late pick-up fee: A fee of $25 for every 30 minutes (or portion thereof) beyond the 30-minute window will be applied to your bill. This policy ensures we have the space and resources to care for all pets safely and comfortably.
